Since 2004

CB Catering is owned and operated by George Ashford, who has over 40 years experience in the food service industry. Mr. Ashford’s areas of expertise include: private clubs, full-service restaurants, and fine dining establishments.

His reputation precedes him, with referrals from satisfied customers, he consistently exceeds customers’ expectations for outstanding food quality, presentation and service.

He prides himself on having catered for A-list Clients including Oprah Winfrey and Michael Jordan in Chicago, to various city and state government officials.
